The Design/Build Project
When you are satisfied that the Design/Build Proposal addresses your needs then DAS produces calculations, analysis, construction drawings, and the submittals necessary for the building permit.

DAS will start construction after we obtain your building permit. During the design and construction process DAS will keep you informed of each critical step so that you may be involved in the decisions affecting the project.
